Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

• Certain hygiene-related fitness items (if applicable) may be non-returnable.

Refund Process

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order
